William A. Shutzer
Senior Managing Director of Evercore Partners

Prior to his joining Evercore in April 2004, Mr. Shutzer was a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group at Lehman Brothers from 2000 to 2003; President of Furman Selz and head of its investment banking group from 1994 to 1998; and a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers from 1978 to 1993. In addition to his client responsibilities at Lehman, Mr. Shutzer was a member of Lehman's Management Committee, and a member of its Fairness and Valuation Committee.

Mr. Shutzer is currently on the Board of Directors of Tiffany & Co., MediaBistro, Inc., ExamWorks, and Evercore Trust Company and was an advisory director of the E&J Gallo Winery from 1998 to 2000, a Director of Blount International from 2001 to 2004, a Director of American Financial Group from 2003 to 2005, a Director of CSK Auto from 2003 to 2008, a Director of RSI Holding Corp. from 2002 to 2008, a Director of TurboChef Technologies from 2003 to 2009, and a Director of Test Equity LLC from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Shutzer is also a Trustee of Prep for Prep, the Paul Taylor Dance Company, a member of Harvard’s Joint Committee on Alumni Affairs and Development, a member of Brookings Foreign Policy Advisory Board, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council to the Radcliffe Institute and was a Trustee of the Brearley School.

Mr. Shutzer received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Harvard College, both in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Barry Argalas
Senior Vice President, National Transactions, Regency Centers

Barry Argalas is Senior Vice President of National Transactions for Regency Centers. He oversees the company’s acquisitions and dispositions strategy.

Barry began his career with Regency in 1996 as an analyst. He became Vice President of Transactions in 2003 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007. He has managed the acquisition of more than $5 billion of properties since 2001, including the 100-property First Washington portfolio in 2005. Plus, his team has closed on nearly $3 billion in property sales since 2001.

Previously, Barry worked as an analyst for Chase Manhattan Mortgage. He serves on the board of directors for Downtown Vision, Inc., the nonprofit Downtown Improvement District committed to building a healthy and vibrant community in downtown Jacksonville. Regency Centers is a preeminent shopping center company known for owning, operating and developing dominant grocery-anchored retail centers located in most major U.S. markets.

Education

Mr. Argalas received his Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in accounting from The Florida State University. An avid supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Barry also enjoys spending time with his wife, Becky, and their daughter, especially traveling and playing tennis as a family.

David Greaney
President & Founder, Synergy Investments

David Greaney is the President of Synergy Investments, a Boston based real estate investment firm that owns and operates 31 Boston area buildings comprising of approximately 3,500,000 square feet. Over 400 companies, retailers and organizations occupy space in their portfolio and Synergy is recognized as one of the most active and successful building owners and managers in the region.

He has received numerous awards from various Irish business organizations and publications including the Boston Irish Business Association, the Irish Chamber of Commerce, Irish America magazine and Business & Finance magazine. David was also recognized as one of Boston Business Journal’s 40 under 40.

David is a board member of the MA chapter of the NAIOP, the Downtown Business Improvement District and Downtown North Association. He actively supports a number of charitable causes, including the American Ireland Fund and the Claddagh Fund, the charitable foundation of the Dropkick Murphys.

Education

Mr. Greaney relocated from Ireland to the United States in 1995, is a graduate of University College Dublin and a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. Prior to founding Synergy, David has held positions in the investment management groups of Harvard University and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Geoffrey Millerd

He is also a board member of Hope Lodge and a guest lecturer at Babson College. Geoff resides in Cohasset with his wife Michelle and daughters Bailey and Mackenzie.

Nathan Isikoff

In 1998, he merged his Washington area real estate company (Carey Winston) with Transwestern Commercial Services based in Houston, Texas. Transwestern is now one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the US.

Nathan was for many years a member of SIOR, the Federal City Council, the Cornell Real Estate Advisory Board and is a Trustee Emeritus of the Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, MD.

Although he is a native of Washington, he and his wife now reside in New York City.

Education

Nathan is a 1964 graduate of Cornell with a BA in Philosophy and received a JD with honors from George Washington University in 1968.
