with respect to the treatment of nonpublic identifying personal information
that we acquire about you. Our privacy policies apply to all individuals who
provide nonpublic identifying information to us through the Site, whether a current,
former or prospective investor in an Acquire investment opportunity.
We reserve
the right to change our policies and practices at any time. For an updated

Information We Collect From and About You
Our home page
and certain information in our Site about us and our business are open to the
general public. While you do not provide us with personal identifying
information in order to access the public areas of our Site, we reserve the
right to collect statistical data and other information about visitors to the
Site.
We do collect personal
identifying and financial information from you when you register to use the password
protected areas of the Site. We are required to collect most of the personal identifying
and financial information from you for legal, regulatory compliance and security
purposes. Additional personal identifying and financial information may be
gathered from you during your subsequent use of the Site, or through electronic
or verbal communications with you intended to follow up on and/or verify your
information after registration. While providing your personal identifying and
financial information to us in optional, we are prohibited by legal and
regulatory constraints from enabling you to have access to the password
protected areas of, and to make investments through, the Site, unless we have established
a pre-existing relationship with you, including having certain current personal
identifying and financial information about you.
In general, in the registration process, we collect personal identifying and financial
information from you in order to enable you to (a) log in to the password
protected areas of the Site, (b) to view specific transaction terms and offering
materials, (c) ask questions and receive answers in respect of any investment
opportunity, (d) verify you status as an “accredited investor” with a certain
level of annual income or net worth or to verify your compliance with other
investor legally required suitability or qualification requirements, (e) verify
that you are at least 18 years of age and maintain one or more bank accounts in
the United States, (f) contact us if there is a problem with your account, and
(g) maintain open and regular communications with us, including so that you can
be informed of upcoming investment opportunities and other company updates.
You should anticipate that the personal identifying and financial information we will
request from you in the registration process will include:
Your name, email address, phone number, income and net worth levels, employer, and job title.
- Personal data required to verify your identity and to establish a password and associated security questions.
- Personal and financial data necessary to assess your accredited and/or qualified eligibility to invest in opportunities offered through the Acquire portal, which could include personal tax returns, personal financial statements and/or letters from an attorney, accountant, investment adviser or broker verifying your accredited status.
- Information about your visits to and use of this Site to help us maintain the appropriate features, functionality and user experience.
Additionally, if you subscribe to make an investment in one of the opportunities listed on our Site,
you will be asked to confirm and/or update some of the same personal
identifying and financial information and provide your social security or tax
ID number, the US bank(s) where you maintain an account, bank routing number
and bank account number. This data is needed in order to enable us to comply
with applicable anti-money laundering laws under the USA Patriot Act and so
that you can originate funds transfers to specific investment opportunities and
receive distributions from those investments you have made. We also may obtain
information about you from third party sources to verify your identity so we
can properly process your requests and/or prevent fraud.
We may also gather names and email addresses of users who have not registered, but contact us
through the Site with questions about our company or our platform. We may collect
and retain this information for the purpose of responding to such inquiries,
statistical data and quality control purposes and in the case of job applicants
who submit resumes.
Finally, we may collect general information about all visitors to our Site, such as your IP address,
geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, and page
views through the use of log files. We use this information in the
administration of the Site to improve its usability, evaluate the user
experience, for search engine optimization strategies and to better identify
investment opportunities to be offered through the Site.
Use of your personal information
Acquire considers the protection of the privacy of your personal identifying and financial
information to be an important goal. We do not disclose your personal identifying
and financial information without your permission to anyone other than to our
affiliates; to third parties that assist us in providing you with services,
such as an attorney, an accountant or a custodian; as requested or required by
the sponsor or manager (and/or its affiliates) of an investment opportunity you
have determined to subscribe to directly or through an Acquire investment
vehicle; or as required or permitted by law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to disclose any personal information about you to any person
or entity, including, without limitation, any governmental agency, regulatory
authority or self-regulatory organization having jurisdiction over us or our
affiliates, if (i) we determine in our discretion that such disclosure is
necessary or advisable pursuant to or in connection with any United States
federal, state or local, or non-U.S., law, rule, regulation, executive order or
policy, including, without limitation, any anti-money laundering law and the USA
PATRIOT Act and (ii) such disclosure is not otherwise prohibited by law, rule,
regulation, executive order or policy we are aware of.

you subscribe for an investment through the Site, you will asked to verify that
your information is current, correct and complete. If you believe that any of

your information or this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@acquirerealestate.com.
Web-Related Information Collection
When you visit our Site, whether or not you register, we may send one or more cookies – small text
files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer.
“Cookies” are small text files that may be placed on your web browser when you
visit our Site that store information on your computer, such as your
preferences when visiting the Site. We use cookies when you sign in to keep
track of your personal session, including some account identifiers so that we
can ensure that you are the only person making changes to your account. We also
use cookies to track your activity on the Site as a unique person. All of this
information is stored in an encrypted fashion for security reasons, and no
personal information about you is stored. You can set your web browser to
inform you when cookies are set or to prevent cookies from being set. Please
note, however, that if you decline to use cookies, you may experience reduced
functionality and slower site response times; your declining to use our
authentication-related cookies may prevent you from using the Site altogether.
We (and certain of our service providers, such as Google Analytics) may also collect web surfing
data. This may include, for example, information regarding our web pages that you
access, the frequency of your access, and your product and service preferences.
This data collection may be accomplished by using cookies, web beacons, page
tags or similar tools that are set when you visit the Site. Such web surfing
data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet
service provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, click stream data, operating
system and the dates and times that you visit the Site. Web surfing data and
similar information may be used for administrative purposes, to assess the
usage, value and performance of our online products and services, and to
improve your web-surfing experience. As with cookies, the web surfing
information collected is aggregated, anonymous “click stream” and transactional
data.
Links to Other Sites
If you follow
any links or hyperlinks that direct you away from the Site, this Privacy Policy
will not apply to your activity on the other websites you visit. We do not
control, and you should review separately, the privacy policies and practices
of any such third party. You should be aware that clicking on such a link could
bring you to a third party website even though it may appear to be an Acquire
page. If you are on an Acquire page, the URL in your web-browser should begin with https://acquirerealestate.com or https://www.acquirerealestate.com.
International Users
The Site may be
accessed by users located outside the United States. If you are outside the
United States and choose to access and/or register for the Site there may be
local laws governing your transmission of personal information, including your
personal identifying and financial information, and your use of the Site that
differ from U.S. law. Please be aware that we are operating only from the U.S.
and in transferring your personal identifying and financial information to us
you are consenting to the sole applicability of U.S. law and acknowledge,
consent and agree that we are not subject to, and you will not benefit from,
the protections of any non-U.S. law governing your personal information.
Security Policy
We limit access to the personal identifying and financial information we have about you to
those employees who have a legitimate business need to access such information.
In keeping with industry standards and practices, we maintain appropriate
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards and controls to protect your
information. The Site is built upon an infrastructure with multiple layers of
protection and we use encryption technologies to safeguard your information.
Users are required to identify and authenticate themselves prior to accessing certain areas
of the Site. Generally, identification and authentication take place through
the use of your user name and a password and/or while logging in with one of
our technical support staff.
No security is foolproof and we cannot assure you your personal information will not be
“hacked”. If we learn of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to
notify you electronically or by other means so that you can take appropriate
protective steps. We may also post a notice on or through the Site in the event
of a security breach.
You can take several precautions to protect the security of your computer and personal
information. For instance, you can use a well-chosen password, and restrict
access to your email account. You can also install and regularly update
antivirus and firewall software to protect your computer from external attacks
by malicious users. When you are finished with a session on the Site, be sure
that you log out and close the browser window.
You should also be aware of fraudulent attempts to gain access to your personal identifying
and/or financial information known as “phishing,” whereby scammers try to bring
unsuspecting people to a website by using a genuine-looking email and webpage purporting
to be from a legitimate company. Sometimes, either in the email itself or on
this fake site appearing to be genuine site, scammers will ask for your login
information so they can then gain access to your user profile and ultimately
your personal identifying and financial information. As the result of phishing
and, thereby gaining access to your personal identifying and financial
information, the scammers could gain access to your bank and other investment accounts
and withdraw your money. In general, you can protect yourself against phishing
by never providing personal or login information via a link contained in an email;
instead, go the website directly by typing in the correct URL. You might also
make it a habit to check the URL of a website to be sure that it begins with
the correct domain. In the case of Acquire, you should always ensure the URL
begins with https://acquirerealestate.com or https://www.acquirerealestate.com.
Acquire will never call you by telephone or send you an email asking you for your login information.
In the event we need to reach you or you need to reach us to discuss your use
of the Site or personal information, we will use other security measures to
verify our collective identities, which will not require your login
information. Accordingly, if you receive a telephone call or e-mail requesting
your login information, you should not provide your information, assuming it to
be an attempt at phishing, and we would appreciate if you would e-mail us at support@acquirerealestate.com and report the incident.
